In the craziness of COVID-19, people have had to adjust their coping skills in order to manage the stress and uncertainty that this pandemic brings. While recognising what is in and out of our control, we've had to rapidly adjust our homes, routines, and minds to optimally cope at this difficult time.
The psychologists from the Antenatal & Postnatal Psychology Network have put together a series of posters to help you to be a COVID-19 coper.
These posters can be downloaded here.
