​We understand that seeking help can feel daunting, which is why we provide a warm and personalised service where direct, confidential contact is made with the therapist of your choosing. Our psychologists and their locations, can be found here. When you have selected your psychologist, please phone them directly to briefly discuss your needs; to enquire about availability, fees and rebates; to determine whether their style of practice is compatible with what you are seeking; and to book your appointment/s. 

If you are a far distance from where our psychologists are located, or if getting to in-person appointments is difficult, please note that most of our psychologists provide Telehealth (online counselling) to all Victorians.
